GraFo Product LineCompact, fully cased class I laser system
GraFo is the result of the more recent technological evolution, as far as the characteristics of laser sources used and of the innovative concepts applied to the mechanics of the machine are concerned. GraFo takes advantage of the innovative fiber laser technology, deriving from the amplifiers used in the fiber optic telecommunication systems, in which the laser radiation is generated in the Ytterbium doped active fiber. Such constructive characteristics concur to produce nearly ideal laser beams, focusable in a spot smaller than 10 micrometers. In this way the energy supplied from the laser can be used integrally, resulting in sharp, highly contrasted marking. GraFo is designed to be easily placed in operation, with a simple and effective diagnostic of its functionality, and can be quickly be repositioned in various working bays, concurring therefore to maximize the instrument use. The marking software is extremely powerful, allows the direct generation of text and geometries on the PC, to set up bar codes, data matrix codes, serial numbers, day/date, and to import in real time strings of characters from an external device (PLC, PC,…), so as to categorize individually the samples under marking. The software supports, among the others, Bitmap type (.bmp), DXF (.dxf), PCX (.pcx), HPGL (.plt), Adobe Illustrator (.a i). GraFo is virtually maintenance free, air cooled, it has negligible wall plug consumption, and is extremely compact and easy to reposition, resulting in reduced running costs. |
