Should you need information which you do not find on our catalog or need to discuss technical and commercial aspects, our Engineers and Sales staff will help you simply by calling or writing.


New OEM Projects

 

If you are designing a new laser source, system or machine and need a custom detector or monitornig setup, just fill and submit by fax or email your request providing laser data, system specs and application; LaserPoint will be back to you with a proposal.
If an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) is required for your project security, we can sign it as we normally do with many of our Customers.


Post-Sale Assistance

 

  • Should an instrument be serviced in or after the warranty period, you are kindly requested to ask for an RMA number. Please fill the RMA form indicating faults and encountered problems. The RMA number will facilitate tracking the returning instrument and your information help our Engineers in their diagnose.
  • Dou you need additional technical support on the instrument or on how to use it? Just contact Laserpoint by phone, fax or e-mail and you will get an appropriate answer.
  • If you need to add an additional head or use your existing system within a different application , ask for a free consultancy to LaserPoint. A simple phone call or an e-mail may address you to a more suitable approach or even save your instrument coating.


Recalibration

 

It is a good rule to recalibrate instruments once a year and to do this it is necessary to ship back the units to LaserPoint.
Recalibration is done within a few working days from receipt, but maybe during this period you still need a calibrated instrument in your lab: ask LaserPoint or one of our Distributors for a spare unit, just to fill the gap.
